This is my absolute new favorite place!!!! The way the brisket completely fell apart with how tender it was is incredible. The best balance of juiciness and FLAVOR which is so hard to master. The sausage was perfect. Im going to dream about this place. The location is great! Perfect outdoor patio swing from a tree vibes. We ended the evening with the most delicious and airy banana pudding

Whenever we vend at Fierce Whiskers, we eat at Si Baby-Q. They make some of the best brisket and barbecue ever! The meat falls off the bones and the flavor is perfect. The sides are great too! Their food doesn’t miss!

Best brisket sandwich. Visited today and everything was stellar. Large porch with plenty of space and shade. Street corn and brisket sandwiches were must gets. Will be back to try more and update!

Hidden gem at their new location at Fierce Whiskers. Tried the ribs, sausage, and queso noodles. The ribs were the highlight with a sweet glaze/crust. The sausage was good, but nothing I would seek out like the ribs. The queso noodles were their take on Mac n Cheese but with spaghetti. The noodles were good quality, probably derived from Zoe Tongs. The cheese sauce was really good, mild and without any processed cheese flavor. I'm not usually a Mac n Cheese person with my BBQ but I'd get that again. There was also a little spice to everything, but nothing overpowering or too hot for most people. I already got the banana pudding which was really good. If you haven't been to Fierce Whiskers, give them a try. They have a large field with picnic tables and Adirondack chairs. There are open areas and shaded areas, so take your pick. There's also disc golf, corn hole, and a swing set. Quite a few families with children and babies here. Also dog friendly.

The look and vibes of the place are cool. Location is great right down the road from Barton springs. For the food I had shredded lamb, brisket and a rib with the corn and raspberry cheesecake, all of it was great! The ribs stood out as being slightly sweet but not your typical flavor, super tender. The brisket was not to salty and had a great bark with fall apart pieces, made fresh every day! What can I say stop on by and try BBQ with a different flavor but all the passion Texas has to offer!

Unbelievable spot for authentic Texas BBQ. This place has some very unique flavors and recipes for their ribs and brisket but it’s among some of the best I’ve had and I’m a born and raised Texan. A must try spot if you’re in the area, the service could not have been better.

I adore anything Asian-Southern fusion so when I saw their menu online I knew I had to check it out. The menu is very unique with lots of Chinese spices and Asian flavors throughout in general. The pork belly special with the sweet and sour gochujang sauce was a perfect match. Super tender and flavorful. I liked the umami sausage even more, it had a great snap, garlicky flavor and was very juicy. The queso y noodles side paired well with the bbq, not overly seasoned so it was a good balance to the flavors of the pork belly and sausage. This was probably my favorite barbecue I’ve had, wish I lived in Austin so I could frequent this place more :)

This place is truly a hidden gem! The atmosphere is beautiful- very peaceful and quiet. Expansive lawn with lots of space to hang out. The food is absolutely delicious! Byfar one of our top three BBQ spots here in Austin. We got the pork ribs, beef brisket, corn, and cheesy noodles- all of it was delicious! Very flavorful and filling. Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back already!!
